Use the online form at vivid-property-repairs.co.uk/contact. A photo tells us more than a description. One clear shot of the tap, the door, the shelf, whatever needs sorting.
We'll come back to you with a clear price. Some jobs are a fixed price, some are hourly, and we'll tell you which. If we need to see it in person first, we'll say so and there's no charge for a quick look.
You choose the morning or afternoon. We turn up when we say we will, with the right tools already in the van.
We finish the work, tidy up after ourselves, and check you're happy before we go. You pay the agreed price. No surprises on the invoice.

The fastest way is to send a photo through the online form. One clear shot of the job is usually enough. We'll come back to you with a straight price. If we need to see it in person first, there's no charge for a quick look.
No. There is no call-out fee for a quick look at a job. If we come out and decide on the spot it's not something we can help with, you won't be charged for our time. If we quote and you decide not to go ahead, that's fine too.
Yes. Vivid Property Repairs carries full public liability insurance for all the work listed on this page. If you'd like to see the certificate before booking, just ask and we will send it over.
Most small jobs are done in half a day or less. A dripping tap, a re-seal, a shelf or two, a sticking door: usually an afternoon's work. We will give you a time estimate when we quote. If we've got two or three small jobs to do in one visit, that often works out well for both of you on price.
Vivid Property Repairs works Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. We don't do Sunday or evening callouts. If your job can wait until then, we'll get to you quickly. If it's a genuine emergency, we'll tell you honestly who you should be calling instead.
We are based in Witham and cover CM8 postcodes as standard. We also take on jobs in Hatfield Peverel, Kelvedon, Maldon, Braintree and surrounding villages, usually within about eight miles. If you're not sure whether we cover your road, just ask. We'll say yes or no straight away.
Yes. If something we have fixed stops working as it should within a reasonable period, we'll come back and sort it at no extra charge. We only take on work we're confident we can do properly, and we stand behind everything we do.
